Julie A. Evans has represented hundreds of clients since her admission to the Oklahoma Bar Association in 1989.
She assists and counsels families through life transitions such as transferring assets from a deceased family member to his or her surviving heirs or beneficiaries. This may occur through a probate administration or through the administration of a trust that the family member had set up during his or her lifetime. Ms. Evans has represented many families in navigating through the probate process and the administration of family trusts after the death of a loved one.
Other life transitions may occur when a family member is in need of assistance during his or her lifetime due to a mental incapacity or physical disability. Ms. Evans assists with guardianship proceedings, conservatorship proceedings, the preparation of durable powers of attorney and other helpful estate planning documents.
